The cyclone separator is best operated at applications with a pressure differential of 6 bars or higher and non-viscous products. Though this separator could also be applied at lower pressure differentials, its efficiency will decrease. This separator shall not be applied  with pressure differences (∆P) below 2bars.

Separation of metal particles by magnetic force
The magnetic separator is designed to separate and retain metal (ferrite) particles from a process flow. At certain time intervals the cover complete with magnetic package can be retracted for cleaning, provided all pressure is released. The efficiency depends mainly on the flow rate, the lower the better.

This unit is specifically developed for field servicing of the nitrogen set pressures of the accumulators installed on our range of Flo-Pac® 580 series seal flushing systems,  but can be applied as a general accumulator servicing station as well.
